“ We initially chose this hotel because we wanted a good value for money place to stay overnight, close to the highway, on our way back home to Romania. Of course, we saw the nice pictures when we placed the reservation, and we were expecting it to be nice, but what surprised us was how big were the rooms (looked like a cozy apartment), with both a shower and a bath tub (!!), plus separate toilet. Everything squeaky clean! The view was also amazing, even if it was cloudy in our short stay... The free parking looked generous enough. All that combined with the very friendly staff, and I might add also highly emotionally intelligent (they are always there for you without invading at all your personal space), makes it a perfect destination for both short stays, but I think mostly for a few days at least... so that you have time to enjoy what it has to offer! (including a sauna & an indoor swimming pool). P.S. It looked like a great place even for (creative) work, considering you have plenty of space, including a large desk inside the generous room and a superb large terrace. That plus tasty food all day long ”
“ Dear Polish Guests, On the day you were staying at the hotel, I was also there as a guest. I feel compelled to respond to a comment made by one of your group members regarding the hotel. I personally witnessed some rather shocking scenes. Around 11 p.m., as I was returning to my room on the second floor, I encountered several individuals in your group who were so intoxicated they were crawling on all fours in the hallway. Frankly, I found this behavior unacceptable and disturbing. Before expressing criticism of a hotel or its staff, I believe it is essential to reflect on our own conduct. It is unfair to point fingers at others when our own actions may have contributed negatively to the environment. Please consider that our behavior shapes how we are perceived – by staff, fellow guests, and others alike. Furthermore, I would like to share another experience I had regarding breakfast that day, which left a strong impression on me. I observed some members of your group almost scrambling and arguing over the food with the hotel staff, creating an impression as if some of you hadn’t eaten for weeks. I found this behavior far from civilized. Because of this, I could not remain silent about the fact that such individuals would then write negative reviews. Interestingly, neither other private guests nor I had any issues with the hotel staff—in fact, I received excellent service and kindness throughout my stay. This was likely due to my own respectful behavior, which contrasted with that of several members of your group..... ”
“ It was a very good hotel experience especially Eran the manager of the hotel hosted us very well and I would like to thank him and other employees for giving us these beautiful days ”
“ This is the second time I stayed at the Hotel Belmont this year and it was excellent, as always. The staff are kind and helpful. Eran at the front desk is very friendly, informative and welcoming. The rooms are big and clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court. The food is excellent with tasty dinners and delicious Austrian bread, eggs, meats and cheeses for breakfast. Family and pet friendly as well. The location is beautiful with quiet, scenic mountain views, a lovely garden, and you are within an hour from lots of outdoor activities like canyoning rafting, hiking, rock climbing, and the Zugspitze. You are a few minutes drive from the town of Imst for all your amenities. We had a great stay here, and we will definitely be back! ”
